Creating Safety First

I provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can be completely yourself.

Building on Your Inner Wisdom

I believe in your innate capacity for growth and healing. We'll explore the strengths and wisdom you already carry while discovering new perspectives and possibilities.

My Approach

My Therapeutic Foundation

I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps you understand and heal different parts of yourself with compassion, and trauma-informed approaches that honor your body's wisdom and natural healing capacity.

My approach is primarily relational and psychodynamic, focusing on how your past experiences shape your present patterns and emphasizing the healing power of our therapeutic relationship.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Additional Tools I Draw From

While my core approach is relational, I also integrate evidence-based interventions when they serve your needs, drawing from my many years of experience and ample training opportunities:

For processing trauma and difficult memories

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

Specialized approach for trauma recovery

Mindfulness meditation

Cultivating present-moment awareness and self-compassion

Somatic work

Connecting with your body's wisdom and healing capacity

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Skills for managing intense emotions

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
